Choose your setup
Pro supports HAI / Leviton controllers, HAI / Leviton with Apple HomeKit, and a HomeKit-only home. NESS / ELK support is a preview through the supported Helper/pairing path. Features depend on your equipment, permissions and subscription.

First connection
  • Install the current App Store version and select the intended setup when adding a controller/home.
  • For HAI / Leviton, enter the controller's address and encryption keys locally. Confirm a successful connection on home Wi-Fi before adding remote access.
  • For HomeKit, allow access to the intended Apple Home and import the accessories you want. Check a simple light or status item first.
  • Review Rooms and Favorites and arrange the tabs for daily use. Use Settings/Restore Purchases when moving a subscription to a device using the same purchase account.
  • Add Helper if you want its notifications, logging, scripting, bridge or shared setup services. Helper must stay running for those services.
Cameras and Apple TV
Check each camera in Pro before sharing it to Apple TV. A camera may use RTSP, MJPEG or HomeKit and have a separate network path from your automation controller. Use the camera's settings to select it for Apple TV. Apple TV setup and camera-wall guide.

Sharing rooms, cameras and photos
Use the sync controls available in your installed version. Reviewed manual sync is documented in current Helper/Classic releases; update both participating apps before following a guide for that workflow. Keep device-local Favorites and visibility preferences distinct from shared layout records. Do not assume reconnecting imports everything automatically.

Connection and camera troubleshooting

For help, reply with the app version, device/OS, controller model where relevant, what you expected, and what happened. Remove passwords, controller keys, security codes, API tokens and private camera URLs from screenshots and logs.
