Applies to: Helper with supported Myro:Home mobile apps. Available alert types vary by controller and app. Pro supports Live Activities for supported events; Classic and Android do not have the same presentation.

  • Update Helper and the mobile app, then confirm both can connect to the intended controller on home Wi-Fi.
  • On the phone, allow notifications for the correct Myro app in system Settings. Check sound, Lock Screen delivery, Focus modes and notification summaries.
  • In Helper's Notifications tab, enable the intended companion app and the controller events you want. Use Helper's test-notification control before testing a real panel event.
  • For Pro Live Activities, check the app's Live Activity permission and the specific event's support. A test notification does not necessarily produce an arming or alarm Live Activity.
  • Keep the Helper Mac running, awake, connected to the controller and able to reach the Internet. Remote alerts depend on Helper being available.
If a test works but a real event does not, check the selected controller, event type and app checkboxes. If neither works, check system permissions, Internet access and Helper's connection first. Do not trigger a real alarm just to test delivery.

Reply with the app/Helper versions, controller family, whether a test arrives, and which real event is missing. Keep device tokens and security details private.
