Hi everyone,

I'm connecting HAI Omni Pro II to 4 Russound CAV6.6 to control 20 zones in the building.

I set On Hai Dealer PC access - Expansion - Serial - Serial 2 - Russound E/C-Series

I filled Russound 1, 2, 3 with 6 zones and last Russound (4) with the remained 2 zones. All connected via RNET and the first Russound to HAI Omni Pro II controller

All the Uno-S2 work for 20 zones. However the Omni Touch screen 5.7 only control 16 zones. (I have 2 touchscreens in the system)

Omni touch screnn could not control the last two zones (5 &6) of Russound #3 and two zones (1, 2) of the Russound #4.

Aynone has any solution to fix this issue please help. Your help is very appreciated.
