Reply to a release topic to discuss that version. Start a separate topic for a specific issue so its solution stays easy to find. Include the app version, device/OS, steps and a redacted error message. Keep credentials, controller keys, security codes and private stream URLs out of public posts.
New registrations need administrator approval, and new members' first three counted/approved posts are moderated. This keeps the forum useful while leaving product conversations open to customers.
