Build a useful car history

• Add a vehicle, choose your preferred units and currency, and enter its current odometer reading. Add the vehicles separately if you track more than one.
• Log each fuel stop with the correct vehicle, odometer, fuel quantity and cost. Mark full/partial fill-ups accurately where offered; fuel-economy calculations depend on consistent, complete intervals.
• Add service entries with date, mileage, provider, cost and work performed. Keep receipts/photos with the record when useful.
• Set reminders for maintenance intervals and keep mileage up to date. Review overdue items after adding service records.
• Use the app's backup/export tools before changing devices, importing a large history or making major edits. Verify the correct vehicle and record counts after a restore.

CarLog 2.00
The current release adds the redesigned dashboard, a rolling odometer, fuel-economy gauge, cost-per-mile display and refreshed parts/provider/product screens. Import a provider from Contacts and use visit history to keep services organized.

Common questions
For an unexpected economy figure, include units, whether the fills were partial/full and a small redacted sequence of readings. For sync/restore issues, give app/OS versions and which records differ between devices. Never uninstall the only device holding the complete history before making a verified backup.
