Classic means the original Myro:Home iPhone/iPad app. The older Windows product and Pro are separate apps. Include the app name and version in support questions so we can use the right instructions.
Connect first
Add your supported HAI / Leviton controller using its network address and encryption keys, entered privately on the device. Establish a working connection at home and synchronize the controller's objects. Allow Local Network access when prompted. Add and test cameras separately.
Sharing rooms, cameras and photos in Classic 3.63
- Update Helper and Classic on the participating devices and choose the intended controller.
- In Rooms or Cameras, use Edit > Sync with Helper. Choose Both ways, From Helper or To Helper.
- Review additions, changes, removals and any conflicts. Choose which version to keep before applying; skip a conflict if you are unsure.
- Apply only the changes you reviewed. You can ignore pending changes or turn sync off. Favorites and visibility remain device preferences.
Sync is manual; reconnecting alone does not apply a shared layout. Keep a backup before substantial reorganizations and review again if data changes during a review. A panel configuration sync and shared room/camera sync serve different purposes.

For help, reply with the app version, device/OS, controller model where relevant, what you expected, and what happened. Remove passwords, controller keys, security codes, API tokens and private camera URLs from screenshots and logs.
