Title: Access Controls

I'm having trouble with Access Control devices and Myro:

(1) Myro isn't reflecting changes in lock status if I use other apps to lock and unlock devices.

(2) I can't change the status of locks with Myro - I can use it to go through the motions of locking and unlocking but the actual lock doesn't ever change.

Can you create a support ticket so I can log this better.

I will need specific details like how it’s setup in PC Access and type of access control, etc.
