Hi!  Which keypads are you using?  You can force a "cycle" of metadata by pressing the "+" key on the keypad.   I will add in a true cycle in a future release.

Hi -- thanks for the feedback.

For item #1 -- we are running the latest version from Sonos and everything is working fine.  Can you provide a couple more details:

1) What Myro:Bridge firmware version are you running?   You can find out by logging into the onboard webpage.  It's listed next to the RNET ID.

2) Did you try rebooting the Myro:Bridge after you updated the Sonos?  You need to do this to resync the two.

Hi!  Yes the audio button should be automatically removed if you don't have audio setup in the HAI panel.   Is this not happening for you?

For those Russound dealers/users -- Myro:Air will ship RNET ready so all you need to do is connect a Cat5 cable to the "Myro:Link" ports, assign the Myro:Link ID (same as your RNET Source ID) and setup the source for Myro:Air as a iBridge Dock.  That's it!  2-way control and metadata right at each keypad!

The Crestron module has been written in SIMPL+ and provides real-time feedback from Myro:Air.   We have also provided a basic example interface in VTPRO/E so you can get Myro:Air plugged into a Crestron system quicker.   

For Crestron 2/3 Series controllers.

Hi!  We currently only support metadata and transport controls.   Sonos has a lot of content providers and unfortunately we don't have control over the screens in the Russound Keypads to give the best user experience.   

If you have any suggestions feel free to let us know on how to make Myro:Bridge even better!

Our first batch of pre-production cases have shipped and should be arriving this week!  If everything checks out -- we will drop them off at the silk-screener to get the back panel markings printed, then off to certification.   If everything goes as planned, we're in the home stretch...

Hi Larzeno,

A single license per panel is adequate.   We just don't want an installer buying a single license then using it for all their projects. Hope this clarifies our current licensing structure.
