Cannot update from trial version


Trial version installed on iPhone 10.  Will not upgrade to full version after purchase.   Worked fine on iPad.

Message sent to support with no follow up.

To my understanding, app subscription is for a single device.

Myro Control:
Due to limitations currently imposed by Apple on subscriptions, you can only restore subscriptions on devices that use the same Apple ID.   Can you verify that on your iPhone it’s using the same Apple ID as on your iPad?
