We have released v1.3.25 which does the following:

- Adds support for new Matrix Switchers

Please create a support ticket to get the firmware download tool -- please specific OSX or Windows.

just trying to locate the firmware updater software - as the support ticket link does not work at the moment. I've changed PC's and need to reload it - if you could point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.
